Dr. Mullen has extensive experience supervising clinicians and supporting multidisciplinary teams in community and clinical settings. As an educator, she emphasizes clear, actionable skills — from age-appropriate assessment and safety planning to integrative treatment planning that bridges childhood needs into adolescence and adulthood. In training settings she creates an inclusive, skills-focused learning environment where practitioners gain confidence, ethical clarity, and immediately usable techniques. Dr. Mullen presents regularly for clinicians and organizations and serves as a clinical supervisor for therapists pursuing play therapy credentialing.

Dr. Jodi Mullen, PhD, LMHC, RPT-S is a licensed mental health clinician, registered play therapy supervisor, and an experienced trainer in trauma-informed care for children and families. Across clinical practice and supervision, Dr. Mullen centers developmentally attuned interventions that prioritize safety, regulation, and relational repair.
